Payment Terms: Customized Orders over $250.00 require full payment 2 weeks prior to event date. Payment in the form of cash, check (made payable to Maryland Cheesecake Company, Inc.), or credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) is acceptable. Once the contact form with order information (quantities, flavors, size, contact information and event date) is completed a sales order will be provided via email for confirmation of order. No refunds on orders canceled or postponed within 5 calendar days of the event date. If your event is cancelled or postponed prior to the 5 calendar days of the event, your deposit will be refunded (in the form of a company check) in an amount minus purchased items for your order. Checks will not be an acceptable form of payment after 2-week deadline.

Dessert Stand Rental and Dessert Display Set-Up is available upon request for a fee.
